为了确定42Cr Mo钢牙轮钻头球面固定套轴承激光淬火工艺的最优参数,考虑牙轮钻头轴承的实际工况,通过建立数值计算模型,利用SYSWELD软件,对不同扫描速度、激光功率和光斑尺寸下的激光淬火数值模拟结果进行对比研究。结果表明,球面固定套轴承激光淬火的最优扫描速度为55 mm/s、最优的激光功率为1000 W、最优的光斑尺寸为3.5 mm;在最优参数下,轴承经激光处理后,硬化层深度约为0.9 mm,硬化层硬度约为632 HV,心部硬度约为400 HV,符合牙轮钻头轴承的使用性能要求。
In order to determine the optimal parameters of the laser quenching process for the 42Cr Mo cone roller bearing spherical plain bearing, considering the actual working conditions of the roller cone bearing, the numerical calculation model was established and the scanning speed, laser power and spot size were measured by SYSWELD software Under the laser quenching numerical simulation results were compared.
