用电子计算机控制生产过程实现调整操作自动化,在冶金、燃化、电力和水泥等工业部门先后进行了试点。鞍钢罩式炉用电子计算机控制钢卷退火过程的试点经验证明:用电子计算机控制生产过程能提高产品质量、缩短退火时间、节约材料及燃料、减轻劳动强度等等。由于应用电子计算机控制生产过程是一项复杂的新事物,鞍钢先是在规模较小、工艺已经掌握的对象上进行的。这是投资少、收效快、迅速培养人材和积累经验的一个好事例,也是推广电子计算机技术的一个好经验。
Computerized control of the production process to achieve the adjustment of automation, metallurgical, fuel, electricity and cement industry has conducted a pilot. This is a good example of less investment, quicker results, rapid development of talent and experience, as well as a good experience in promoting electronic computer technology.
