目的探讨骨肿瘤核磁的病理学基础及临床诊断。方法选取2014年1月-2016年1月本院收治的骨肿瘤患者50例作为研究对象,所有患者均经病理学确诊,并结合其核磁影像表现分析不同核磁检查下骨肿瘤的病理学特征和临床表现。结果根据肿瘤的类型不同,其核磁影像的表现各异,其中骨髓瘤8例,核磁影像表现为多股多发病变;骶骨恶性肿瘤4例,核磁影像表现为骨质溶骨性破坏;神经源性肿瘤9例,核磁影像表现为髓孔扩大和损坏;脊索瘤27例,核磁影像表现为溶骨性和中心性骨质破坏;骨巨细胞瘤2例,核磁影像表现为偏心膨胀性骨质破坏。结论骨肿瘤类型多样,且临床表现各异,将各类骨肿瘤的病理学基础、临床表现以及影像学检查结果相结合对骨肿瘤类型进行诊断,可以提高诊断准确率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the pathological basis and clinical diagnosis of bone tumor. Methods Fifty patients with bone cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects. All the patients were diagnosed pathologically and combined with their magnetic resonance imaging features to analyze the pathological features of bone tumors under different magnetic resonance imaging Clinical manifestations. Results According to the type of tumor, the manifestations of MRI were different. Among them, 8 cases of myeloma showed multiple lesions of multiple myeloma; 4 cases of sacral malignant tumor showed osteolytic destruction of nuclear magnetic resonance; Tumor in 9 cases, the performance of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging for the expansion and damage of the marrow hole; 27 cases of chordoma, magnetic resonance imaging showed osteolytic and central bone destruction; giant cell tumor in 2 cases, the magnetic resonance imaging showed eccentric expansion of bone destruction . Conclusion The types of bone tumors are diverse and have different clinical manifestations. The combination of pathological basis, clinical manifestations and imaging findings of various types of bone tumors can diagnose the type of bone tumors, which can improve the diagnostic accuracy and is worthy of clinical application.
