食管的长度因人而异,平均20～35厘米;从上切牙到食管开口的距离平均为15厘米。食管宽度可以从排空收缩状态的13毫米至完全扩张的30毫米不等。用食管镜测量的从切牙到贲门部粘膜变化的食管长度为40厘米左右。作者用四种食管长度的测量办法(胸外测量法,内窥镜测量法,粘膜电势变化测量法,放射学标志测量法)对三组患者作了比较观察研究。第一组26例无裂孔疝或反流症状,第二组42例均有反流症
The length of the esophagus varies from person to person, an average of 20 to 35 cm; the distance from the incisor to the esophageal opening on average 15 cm. The esophagus width can range from 13 mm in emptying to 30 mm in total expansion. Esophageal esophageal mucosa from the incisors measured changes in the length of the esophagus is about 40 cm. The author compared the three groups of patients with four methods of esophageal length measurement (extrathoracic, endoscopy, mucosal potential changes, and radiological markers).
