校企合作课程开发背景下,高职层次学前教育专业的理论课程尤其《幼儿教育法规》这一专业理论必修课应构建以能力为中心的课程开发模式,即构建能力导向的教学模式,构建以学生解决实际法律问题为体系的教学内容,采用案例教学、审判观摩、正反方辩论、法律咨询等实践性强的多样化的教学方法,重构以解决问题、提高能力为主导的教材体系,建立立体化的课程资源,并在考核评价的主体、内容、成绩构成等方面进行改革。
