临床上判断耳咽管是否通畅(即耳咽管机能试验)可分为定性和定量两大类,按其方法可分为通畅度试验,通气机能试验和引流机能试验。临床应用核素耳咽管显像及鼻咽腔棉拭放射性测定联合诊断耳咽管功能迄今尚未见报导。我院自1981年11月起反复动物试验(采用恒河猴)及头颅标本耳咽管模拟扫描后于1982年12月正式用于临床,证明该法既可显示耳咽管形态,又可检测其功能(引流功能)且具有方法简便、经济、安全、无痛苦、辐射剂量小
