近十年来,随着学生人事制度改革的逐步深入,从中央到地方相继出台了一些激励学生的政策措施。但从政策研究和抓落实的层面上讲,往往更侧重于学生选拔任用机制及管理机制的建立和完善,并且取得了较为明显的成效,而如何对学生进行有效的激励,则相对研究较少。特别是在高校学生党员教育管理党员学生激励机制的逐步完善方面,重视程度还不够高,研究的还不够充分,本文将从创新机制引入的角度,探究高校学生党员教育管理方式的创新。
In the past ten years, with the gradual deepening of the reform of the personnel system of the students, some policies and measures have been promulgated to motivate students from the central government to local governments. However, from the perspective of policy research and implementation, they tend to focus more on the establishment and improvement of student selection and appointment mechanisms and management mechanisms, and have achieved more obvious results. However, how to provide effective incentives to students is relatively less studied . Especially in the step-by-step perfection of incentive mechanism for student party members in the management and education of college students, the emphasis is not high enough and the research is not enough. This article will explore the innovation of the student party members’ education management from the point of introduction of innovation mechanism.
