灌浆是改善裂隙岩体质量最常用的技术手段。针对目前灌浆效果评价依据的单一性,通过钻孔图像中岩体完整性的计算,研究了灌浆前后孔壁岩体完整性指数RMDI的变化以及岩体质量的改善情况。详细描述了钻孔图像中裂隙参数的计算过程,获得了裂隙产状、隙宽等参数,通过图像识别将裂隙的充填特征分为未充填、半充填和完全充填三类。在岩体完整性指数密度函数的基础上,建立了岩体完整性指数的计算公式,并总结了RMDI与岩体完整程度的对应关系。对灌浆前后RMDI的变化进行了统计分析,结果显示通过灌浆处理,孔壁岩体完整程度有明显的改善,灌浆效果明显。最后,对部分典型区段的孔壁图像和透水率结果进行了综合比较,裂隙得到了较好的填充,进一步验证了本次灌浆处理的效果明显。研究结果表明利用钻孔图像以及孔壁完整性指数评价灌浆效果是可行的,弥补了压水试验结果评价依据的单一和局限性。
Grouting is the most commonly used technical means to improve the quality of fractured rock mass. Aiming at the unity of current grouting effect evaluation, through the calculation of rock mass integrity in borehole images, the change of rock mass integrity index RMDI before and after grouting and the improvement of rock mass quality are studied. The calculation of fracture parameters in borehole images is described in detail. Parameters such as crack emergence and gap width are obtained. According to image recognition, fracture filling characteristics are classified into three types: unfilled, semi-filled and fully filled. Based on the rock mass integrity index density function, the formula of rock mass integrity index is established and the corresponding relationship between RMDI and rock mass integrity is summarized. The statistical analysis of the change of RMDI before and after grouting shows that the completeness of the hole rock mass is obviously improved by grouting treatment, and the grouting effect is obvious. Finally, the results of hole wall images and water permeability of some typical sections are comprehensively compared and the fissures are well filled, which further verifies that the effect of this grouting treatment is obvious. The results show that it is feasible to evaluate the grouting effect by using the borehole image and the integrity index of the hole wall to make up for the single and the limitation of the evaluation basis of the water pressure test result.
