核心提示:根据党的十七大部署,中央决定,从2008年9月开始,用一年半左右的时间,在全党分批开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动。这是在深刻变化的国际环境中推动我国发展的迫切需要,是落实实现全面建设小康社会奋斗目标新要求的迫切需要,是以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程的迫切需要,也是认真贯彻落实党的十七大精神,在新的历史起点上发展中国特色社会主义的重大部署。通过学习实践,使科学发展观不但管一般而且管根本,不仅管局部而且管全局,不仅管一时而且管长远,为中国特色社会主义提供强大动力和制度保障。
According to the deployment of the 17th National Congress of the CPC, the Central Government decided that starting from September 2008, it will take about a year and a half to conduct in-depth study and practice of the scientific outlook on development in the entire party. This is an urgent need to promote the development of our country in a profoundly changing international environment. It is an urgent need to implement the new requirements of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is also an urgent need to comprehensively push forward the great new project of party building in the spirit of reform and innovation. Conscientiously implement the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress and develop the major deployment of socialism with Chinese characteristics on the new historical starting point. Through studying and practicing, the scientific concept of development not only controls the general but also fundamentally manages not only the local administration but also the overall situation, not only for a short period of time but also for the long term, which will provide strong impetus and system guarantee for socialism with Chinese characteristics.
