Cabrio和Opera是新型广谱杀菌剂,也是具有一定生物活性的植物生长调节剂。采用Cabrio和Opera喷洒处理大豆,研究了它们对大豆主要生理生化过程以及产量的影响。结果表明:喷施Cabrio和Opera可使大豆植株过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著增加;根瘤重分别比对照增加56.3%和57.6%;每荚粒数分别增加14.3%和13.6%;百粒重分别增加5.28%和5.42%;产量分别增加10.64%和7.85%;中黄13的籽粒霉变率分别下降5.07%和3.87%,而南农99-6的籽粒霉变率分别下降1.00%和0.87%。但部分性状如株高、根长、内源激素(生长素,赤霉素,细胞分裂素,脱落酸)含量、光合速率和蒸腾速率等虽有一定变化,但与对照没有显著差异。
Cabrio and Opera is a new broad-spectrum fungicide, but also a certain biological activity of plant growth regulator. Soybeans were sprayed with Cabrio and Opera to study their effects on the major physiological and biochemical processes and yield of soybean. The results showed that the activities of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in soybean plants were significantly increased by spraying Cabrio and Opera; the nodule weights increased 56.3% and 57.6% respectively compared with the control; the number of per pod kernels increased by 14.3 % And 13.6% respectively; the kernel weight increased 5.28% and 5.42% respectively; the yield increased 10.64% and 7.85% respectively; the mildew rate of Zhonghuang 13 decreased 5.07% and 3.87% The variability decreased by 1.00% and 0.87% respectively. However, some traits such as plant height, root length, endogenous hormones (ghrelin, gibberellin, cytokinin, abscisic acid) content, photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate although some changes, but no significant difference with the control.
