行动学习就是在行动中学习,在思考中行动,强调在一个以学习为目标的背景环境下,以小组为单位,针对现实中需要解决的问题,在小组成员的支持和促进师的帮助下,通过持续不断地反思与学习解决问题。它破解了传统培训面临的种种难题,符合理论联系实际、学以致用的干部教育培训要求,是干部教育培训方法的创新。将行动学习引入干部教育培训不是对现有培训方式的否定,而是对干部教育培训方式的丰富和拓展。
