目的分析宁夏区内食品安全投诉举报特点,研究食品投诉的频次和分类规律,为执法部门更好地监管搭建有力的平台支撑并提供数据支持。方法对全区各市(县、区)食品生产环节、食品流通环节、食品餐饮环节的案件办理和回访情况进行数据统计分析。结果 2016年宁夏食品安全投诉举报案件共计1136件,其中食品生产环节案件共138件,占比12.15%;食品流通环节案件共488件,占比42.96%;食品餐饮环节案件共510件,占比44.89%;交办各市县的投诉举报案件均已办结,办结率100%;案件回访率100%;回访满意率94.22%。结论通过对食品安全投诉举报案件生产环节、流通环节、餐饮环节数据统计分析,找出消费领域食品安全存在的突出问题,为建立科学完善的食品安全风险预警机制提供数据源,适时发布食品安全预警,确保人民群众“舌尖上的安全”。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of food safety complaint reporting in Ningxia, study the frequency and classification of food complaints, and provide a strong platform support and data support for law enforcement agencies to better monitor. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the handling and return of cases in the food production, food circulation and food catering sectors in all districts (counties and districts) of the whole district. Results A total of 1136 food safety complaint cases were reported in Ningxia in 2016, of which 138 cases were food production, accounting for 12.15%; 488 cases were food circulation, accounting for 42.96%; and 510 were food catering cases, accounting for 44.89%. All the complaints and handling cases handled by cities and counties have been closed down, with 100% completion rate and 100% return rate. The satisfaction rate of return visits was 94.22%. Conclusions Through statistical analysis of the data of production links, circulation links and catering links of food safety complaint cases, we can find the outstanding problems of food safety in the field of consumption, provide data sources for establishing a scientific and perfect food safety risk warning mechanism, and timely release of food safety warning , To ensure that the people “tongue on the safety ”.
