Gene therapy has been developed as an important strategy in field of cancer therapies. But it was always puzzled by low transfection efficacy. In this study, the effect of AdCMV-GFP gene transfer induced by 12C6+ ion or X-ray irradiation on B16 melanoma cells was investigated. The experiment was divided two groups.
