在时代发展的大背景下,我国企业的发展已经进入了一个全新的时代,而如何在新形势下做好煤矿企业工会女工工作建设已经成为了企业发展所面临的重要课题。一个企业如果想要进行深入的改革,其煤矿企业工会女工工作建设的开展是不可或缺的。女工工作建设对企业经营策略和企业的长久发展有着重要的意义,其建设过程中要做到突破传统工作思想观念的同时给企业带来了全新的思想理念。在我国市场经济持续发展的不断推动下,企业为促进自身的发展要勇于自我创新,持续改良工艺,顺应发展的潮流不断进行革新,只有这样才可以在市场经济中开拓出属于自己的天地。煤矿企业如果可以将工会女工工作建设做好,就可以加快企业的改革进度、使改革成效更加突出,反之则会大大减小企业改革成功的几率。
