目的探讨MIF、MMP-3及IL-8联合检测在胎膜早破的意义及与绒毛膜羊膜炎之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测75例PROM分娩组和70例非PROM分娩组胎膜中MIF,MMP-3及IL-8的分布和表达,采用HE染色的方法确诊绒毛膜羊膜炎。结果 PROM组胎膜MIF、MMP-3、IL-8表达均明显高于对照组,经统计学分析,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.001)。PROM绒毛膜羊膜炎组胎膜MIF、MMP-3、IL-8表达均明显高于PROM非绒毛膜羊膜炎组,经统计学分析,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 MIF、MMP-3、IL-8在胎膜早破的发病机制中起着重要的作用,MIF、MMP-3、IL-8与绒毛膜羊膜炎有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the significance of combined detection of MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 in premature rupture of membranes and its relationship with chorioamnionitis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the distribution and expression of MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 in membranes of 75 cases of PROM and 70 cases of non-PROM. The chorioamnionitis was confirmed by HE staining. Results The expressions of MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 in PROM group were significantly higher than those in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.001) by statistical analysis. The expression of MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 in PROM chorioamnionitis group was significantly higher than that in PROM non-chorioamnionitis group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) by statistical analysis. Conclusion MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 play an important role in the pathogenesis of premature rupture of membranes. MIF, MMP-3 and IL-8 are closely related to chorioamnionitis.
