介绍在原有汽油车底盘的基础上改装柴油机后,发动机悬置系统和冷却系统的优化设计和匹配方法。建立了以发动机悬置系统能量解耦和固有频率为综合目标的优化模型,对悬置系统参数进行了优化。运用相似理论对风扇进行了优选和匹配。
Introduce the optimization design and matching method of the engine mount system and cooling system after the diesel engine is modified on the basis of the original gasoline vehicle chassis. The optimization model of the engine mount system with energy decoupling and natural frequency is established, and the parameters of the suspension system are optimized. The similar theory is used to optimize and match the fan.
