本实验研究了放射损伤、烧伤与放烧友合伤后血清低分子成份与血清脂质成分对培养的冠状动脉平滑肌r通道活动的影响,结果表明:伤后血清低分子与血清脂质使冠脉平滑肌钾离子通道开放活动加强,以复合伤血清作用最强,烧伤次之,放射损伤作用最弱。伤后血清成分激活平滑肌钾帘子通过的结果可能使血管舒张,提示:在复合伤后由冠状动脉收缩而加重心功能抑制的可能性不大。
In this study, the effects of low molecular weight serum components and serum lipid components on the r-channel activity of cultured smooth muscle of coronary artery were studied after radiation injury, burn injury, and radiotherapy and wound healing. The results showed that serum low molecular weight and serum lipid Vascular smooth muscle potassium channel activity to open to enhance the role of composite wound the strongest, followed by burn, the weakest role of radiation injury. Vasodilatation may be caused by the passage of serum-activated smooth muscle potassium curtains after injury, suggesting that it is unlikely that cardiac arrest may be aggravated by coronary artery contraction after the composite injury.
