松江河梯级水电站建设中, 由于松山引水工程将漫江水引入松江河, 使松山坝下河道出现了60 km 的脱水段, 造成了地下水位降低、水质恶化、无霜期减少等影响。对此采取了打井, 改换供水水源及覆盖地膜、改良粮食品种等补偿措施, 解决居民饮用水源和对农业生产造成的影响。
In the construction of Songjiang River Cascade Hydropower Station, due to the introduction of Manjiang River into Songjiang River by Songshan Diversion Project, a 60 km dewatering section occurred in the lower reaches of Songshan Dam, resulting in the decrease of groundwater level, deterioration of water quality and reduction of frost-free period. In this regard, they have taken measures such as drilling wells, changing water supply sources, covering plastic films, improving food varieties and other compensation measures, and resolving the impacts of drinking water supply on residents and agricultural production.
