肾细胞癌除常见的血尿、肾区肿块和肾区痛等三大泌尿系症状外,发热、全身疲乏、消化系统症状和体重减轻等症状也不少,尤其发热是最重要的症状.但有关肾细胞癌患者发热的临床表现,详细的研究报告不多。本文分析了1963～1983年所见到的172例肾细胞癌的发热情况,患者的年龄为22～77岁,平均年龄56.7岁;男130例,女42例;患侧:左侧93例,右侧78例,双侧1例。
In addition to the common urinary system symptoms such as hematuria, renal mass, and renal pain, renal cell carcinoma has many symptoms such as fever, general fatigue, digestive symptoms, and weight loss. In particular, fever is the most important symptom. Clinical manifestations of fever in patients with renal cell carcinoma, detailed research reports are few. This article analyzed the fever of 172 cases of renal cell carcinoma seen from 1963 to 1983. The patient’s age ranged from 22 to 77 years and the average age was 56.7 years; 130 males and 42 females; ipsilateral: 93 cases on the left side. There were 78 cases on the right side and 1 case on both sides.
