用逆行荧光素双标记法,研究了大白鼠大脑皮质向脊髓及尾壳核的分支投射。将颗粒蓝(GB)及核黄(NY)分别注入9只大白鼠的脊髓及尾壳核,发现皮质脊髓神经元的分布相当广泛,皮质尾壳核神经元的分布区域几乎全部重叠于皮质脊髓神经元所分布的区域内。在大脑皮质的4、3区内,发现荧光素双标记细胞,约占同区内总标记细胞的10%。结果提示大脑皮质内有神经元向脊髓及尾壳核发出分支投射。
With retrograde fluorescein double labeling method, the rat cortex to the spinal cord and caudate putamen branch projection. The injection of granular blue (GB) and nuclear yellow (NY) into the spinal cord and caudate putamen of 9 rats respectively found that the distribution of neurons in corticospinal neurons was quite extensive. The distribution area of caudate putamen neurons almost overlapped with corticospinal Neurons are distributed in the area. Fluorescein double-labeled cells were found in 4 and 3 regions of the cerebral cortex, accounting for about 10% of the total labeled cells in the same region. The results suggest that neurons in the cerebral cortex issue branch projections to the spinal cord and caudate putamen.
