目的研究转移相关因子-3(MTA3)及E-cadherin蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达,并分析两者间的相关性。方法利用免疫组化染色SABC法检测85例人体宫颈癌标本中MTA3和E-cadherin蛋白的表达。结果低分化宫颈鳞状细胞癌和高分化宫颈鳞状细胞癌中MTA3和E-cadherin的阳性表达率分别为21.74%、68.97%和30.43%、62.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈癌临床分期Ⅱa1组和Ⅰa组中MTA3及E-cadherin的阳性表达率分别为27.78%、72.72%和27.78%、60.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移组和无淋巴结转移组中MTA3及E-cadherin的阳性表达率分别为25.92%、58.62%和33.33%、53.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MTA3表达缺失常伴随E-cadherin表达减少,提示MTA3是宫颈癌晚期和淋巴转移的重要因子。
Objective To study the expression of MTA3 and E-cadherin in cervical cancer and to analyze the correlation between MTA3 and E-cadherin. Methods The expression of MTA3 and E-cadherin in 85 cases of human cervical cancer specimens were detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. Results The positive rates of MTA3 and E-cadherin in poorly differentiated cervical squamous cell carcinoma and well-differentiated cervical squamous cell carcinoma were 21.74%, 68.97% and 30.43%, 62.07%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05) . The positive rates of MTA3 and E-cadherin in clinical stage Ⅱa1 and Ⅰa of cervical cancer were 27.78%, 72.72% and 27.78%, 60.60% respectively (P <0.05). The positive expression rates of MTA3 and E-cadherin in lymph node metastasis group and non-lymph node metastasis group were 25.92%, 58.62% and 33.33%, 53.45%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion MTA3 expression is often accompanied by a decrease of E-cadherin expression, suggesting that MTA3 is an important factor in cervical cancer and lymph node metastasis.
