成都市草堂小学西区作为一所建校仅8年的新生代学校,从最初的12名教师增加到今天的82名教师,并以每年新增15名教师的速度在壮大。这些新教师以临聘为主,大多是应届师范毕业生。“新”人的剧增,在师资稳定、专业提升、文化融入等方面面临许多新的问题,尤其是在物欲膨胀、价值观多元的今天,教师自我成长的内动力减弱。如何让新教师尽快成长为好教师?我们的主张是:顺势而为、逆风成长。所谓顺势而为,是指顺应当前教育
