用过氧乙酸氧化青霉素G钾工业盐得到一个不同于正常熔点(mp162~164℃)的低熔点(mp100~102℃)氧化产物。薄层层析、高效液相色谱分析、IR、1H-NMR、FAB-MS、热重分析和元素分析的研究结果表明,此氧化产物为带两个结晶水的青霉素G亚砜。本文对带结晶水的青霉素G亚砜转化为无水青霉素G亚砜进行了研究。本文为青霉素G亚砜中间体质量标准的确定提供依据,确保得到合格的青霉素G亚砜。
Oxidation of penicillin G potassium peroxyacetic acid gives a low melting point (mp 100-102 ° C) oxidation product different from the normal melting point (mp 162-164 ° C). The results of thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, IR, 1H-NMR, FAB-MS, TG and elemental analysis showed that this oxidation product was penicillin G sulfoxide with two crystal water. This article studies the conversion of penicillin G sulfoxide with water of crystallization to anhydrous penicillin G sulfoxide. This article provides a basis for the determination of quality standards for penicillin G sulfoxide intermediates to ensure that qualified penicillin G sulfoxide.
