事情起因是由于General Dynamics公司一位顾客的投诉。Chauncey Morris是一位承包政府项目公司的地区总管。大约一年以前,他接到了一个客户的电话:General Dynamics公司的一个技术员没有坚守工作岗位来帮助顾客解决问题。Morris说:“顾客投诉该技术员不工作,却坐在自己的办公桌旁沉迷于聊天程序。”
The cause of the incident was due to a complaint from a General Dynamics customer. Chauncey Morris is a regional manager contracting government projects company. About a year ago, he received a customer’s call: A General Dynamics technician did not stick to his job to help customers solve the problem. Morris said: “The customer complained that the technician was not working, but sat at his desk addicted to chatting.”
