以4组同核异质不育系与3个共同恢复系,接NCⅡ遗传设计进行组配,以明确玉米不同不育细胞质对杂交种产量构成因子的影响。结果表明:(1)不育细胞质对杂交种产量的影响因胞质类型有别,YⅡ-1型不育细胞质具有一定的正效应,而S和C型不育细胞质均表现为负效应,但不同细胞质间的产量差异未达显著水平。(2)不育细胞质对F1代5个产量构成因素的影响,除行粒数表现为正效应,其余4个因素均呈现负效应。(3)杂交种的产量差异主要是由F1核基因型不同所致。
Four groups of allogeneic sterile lines and three common restorer lines were cloned by NCⅡ genetic design to determine the effect of different male sterile cytoplasms on the yield components of hybrids. The results showed that: (1) The effects of sterile cytoplasm on the yield of hybrids were different due to the different cytoplasmic types, the positive cytoplasm of YⅡ-1 type sterile cytoplasm had a certain positive effect, while the cytoplasm types S and C showed negative effects, The differences in yield between different cytoplasms did not reach significant level. (2) The effect of sterility cytoplasm on the five yield components of F1 generation showed positive effects except for the number of rows, and the other four factors all showed negative effects. (3) The yield difference of hybrids is mainly caused by the different genotypes of F1 nucleus.
