目前,我国新型农村合作医疗制度的试点工作如火如荼地开展,大部分地区都取得了如期的效果,但同时也出现了很多问题。本文从制度缺失、制度冲突、制度曲行、制度失信四个方面深入分析了长沙县新型合作医疗实施过程中的制度困境。
At present, the pilot work of the new rural cooperative medical system in China is in full swing and most of the regions have achieved the desired results, but at the same time many problems have also emerged. This article deeply analyzes the system dilemma in the implementation of the new cooperative medical system in Changsha County from the aspects of lack of system, conflict of system, system and music, and system failure.
