大量文献表明热治疗对某些类型癌细胞有选择性破坏作用且可加强电离幅射的效果。作者将54例全喉切除并术后放疗(40Gy)而复发患者随机分为2组,甲组26例采用超高频热疗加放疗及化疗;乙组28例仅采用放疗及化疗。高温系39MHz超高频,最大输出功率200W,射频能由一发生器发射,通过两根同轴电缆接两个盘状电极,其直径50cm。将细热电偶插进肿瘤及正常组织中测温。肿瘤内温度保持40℃~42℃30分钟,热疗每周连续3天共3周。热疗第一天加用放疗,第二、三天加用化疗。放疗为钴~(60)剂量10Gy一周一次,共30Gy。化疗为氨甲喋呤15mg,每周2天,总量90mg;prospidinum200mg,每周2天,总量1200mg。两
A large number of literatures show that heat treatment can selectively destroy certain types of cancer cells and enhance the effect of ionizing radiation. The authors randomly divided 54 patients who had undergone total laryngectomy and postoperative radiotherapy (40 Gy) and relapsed into 2 groups. 26 patients in group A were treated with hyperthermia hyperthermia plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 28 patients in group B were treated with only radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
