研究了金属氧化物/多元醇(MgO/PER)分别与四硫化双五次甲基秋兰姆(TRA或DPTT)、硫磺(S)、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)构成的3种复合硫化体系,对氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶硫化特性、物理机械性能、交联密度及高温压缩永久变形性能的影响,同时采用红外光谱分析由交联产生的键型变化。结果表明:含TRA的胶料综合性能好,但产生致癌物质亚硝胺,不环保;硫磺硫化的胶料综合性能好,且硫化速度最快;过氧化物硫化的胶料,交联密度最大。傅里叶转换红外光谱分析结果表明:3种复合硫化体系除均含有离子交联键外,含DCP的胶料以碳碳单键为主,另外两种硫化体系中以含硫交联键为主。
The effects of MgO / PER and three complexes consisting of TRA or DPTT, sulfur (S) and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) Curing system, the sulfidation of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber vulcanization properties, physical and mechanical properties, crosslinking density and high temperature compression set, while using infrared spectroscopy to analyze the bond-type bond changes. The results showed that the rubber compound containing TRA has good comprehensive properties but produces carcinogenic nitrosamines, which is not environmentally friendly. The sulfur vulcanized rubber compound has good comprehensive properties and the vulcanization speed is the fastest; the peroxide vulcanized rubber compound has the highest crosslink density . Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis results showed that: except for the three kinds of composite curing system containing ionic crosslinking, the DCP-containing rubber compound with carbon-carbon single bond-based, the other two vulcanization system containing sulfur cross-linked the Lord.
