以GCr15钢作为实验材料,采用单边双电极的电接触淬火设备对试样进行表面淬火处理。通过金相观察分析了各工艺参数对淬火效果的影响。结果表明:在功率40 kW、工件线速度0.1 m/min、电极压力2000 N的淬火参数下,工件表层由球化退火组织转化为细小的隐针马氏体,淬硬区平均硬度为834 HV0.2。表明单边双电极电接触表面淬火切实可行。
