硬型铸造是我国固有的传统工艺之一,在古代已经达到了高度的技术水平,目前应用在犁铧等铸造方面已获得了良好的效果,充分说明了传统工艺的基础上吸收现代的科学成果,古为今用,土洋结合,可以获得很大的成就。苏联专家彼特里琴柯对我国硬型铸造极为重视。在我国任教时曾数度对此专题作过公开讲演。本文讨我国的冶铸技术、硬型结构作了系统的阐述,本刊特译载于此。借此引起我国铸造工作者重视祖国的冶铸遗产,从中发掘、整理、研究、提高,使传统冶铸工艺更好地为社会主义设建服务—编者。
Hard casting is one of the inherent traditional crafts in China. It has reached a high level of technology in ancient times. At present, good results have been obtained in the application of ploughshares and other castings, fully illustrating the absorption of modern scientific achievements on the basis of traditional techniques. For the sake of ancient times, combined with earth and ocean, great achievements can be made. Soviet expert Bintrichenko attaches great importance to hard casting in China. When he was teaching in China, he had made several public lectures on this topic. This paper discusses systematically the smelting technology and the hard structure in China. This is a special translation of this publication. In this way, China’s foundry workers have paid attention to the motherland’s smelting heritage, from which they can discover, sort out, research, and improve, so that the traditional smelting and casting process can better serve socialist construction-editors.
