教研员不单单要了解新课程的教育理念、新教材的内容、创新的教育方法,最重要的一个内容是了解教师需求,让学科教研可以和基层教学发展相适应。而教师“听后记”是教研员及时收集教研活动信息、了解教师感受的重要方法,同时也是教研员反思教研活动成败、及时调整策略的重要根据。
Teachers and researchers should not only understand the educational concepts of the new curriculum, the content of new teaching materials, and innovative educational methods, but the most important one is to understand the needs of teachers so that subject teaching and research can be adapted to the development of primary education. The teacher “listen to postscript ” is an important method for teachers and researchers to collect information on teaching and research activities in time to understand teachers’ feelings. It is also an important basis for teachers and researchers to reflect on success or failure of teaching and research activities and timely adjust strategies.
