我完全拥护中华人民共和国发展国民经济的第一个五年计划草案,完全同意李富春、李先念、彭德怀、邓子恢四位副总理和彭真副委员长的报告。我想说一說我们实现社会主义建设计划的一个重要的保证——镇压反革命分子的活动。当全国人民欢欣鼓舞地为创造我们未来的幸福而奋斗的时候,反革命分子所进行的活动恰恰相反。他们千方百计地破坏人民的财产,破坏社会主义的建设,妄想顛覆中华人民共和国,使我国仍旧退回到被压迫的、落后的、穷困的半殖民地半封建时代。因此,要容忍反革命分子的活动,就不能安全地进行社会主义的建设;要安全地进行社会主义的建设,就不能容忍反革命分子的活动。我这样说,是否夸大了事实?那末,让我们从几个实例来看看最近时期反革命分子是怎样破坏着我们的建设吧。
I fully support the draft five-year plan for the development of the national economy of the People’s Republic of China and fully agree with the reports of Li Fuchun, Li Xiannian, Peng Dehuai and Deng Zicheng, four vice premiers and vice chairman Peng Zhen. I want to talk about one of the important pledges we have made to realize the socialist construction plan - the suppression of counter-revolutionary elements. When the people of the entire nation are excited and excited to create the happiness of our future, the activities of counter-revolutionaries are just the opposite. They do everything possible to undermine the people’s property, undermine the building of socialism, and vainly overthrow the People’s Republic of China so that our country will still be returned to the oppressed, backward and impoverished semi-colonial and semi-feudal era. Therefore, to tolerate the activities of the counterrevolutionaries, we can not safely carry out the construction of socialism; if we can safely carry out the construction of socialism, we can not tolerate the activities of the counterrevolutionaries. Let me say a few words that exaggerate the facts. Let us take a few examples to see how the recent counter-revolutionaries undermined our own construction.
