目的 :通过观察雌激素对去卵巢雌性大鼠局灶性脑缺血大脑皮质区病理及超微结构的影响 ,以探讨雌激素对缺血性脑损害的神经保护作用。方法 :采用大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞制成局灶性脑缺血模型。在缺血 2小时 ,再灌注 2 2小时后立即断头取脑 ,切片 ,用光镜 (定性和定量 )和电镜观察大脑皮层区的病理学变化及超微结构改变。结果 :雌激素用药组较对照组正常神经细胞的密度显著增加 (P<0 .0 5) ,血管内皮细胞受损程度减轻。结论 :雌激素可减轻雌性大鼠脑缺血时血管内皮细胞和神经细胞的损害 ,对缺血性脑损伤有一定的神经保护作用
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of estrogen on the pathology and ultrastructure of cerebral cortex in focal cerebral ischemia in ovariectomized female rats to explore the neuroprotective effect of estrogen on ischemic brain damage. Methods: The model of focal cerebral ischemia was made by middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats. At 2 hours after ischemia and 2 hours after reperfusion, the brain was decapitated and sections were taken. Pathological changes and ultrastructure changes of cerebral cortex were observed by light microscope (qualitative and quantitative) and electron microscope. Results: Compared with control group, the density of normal nerve cells in estrogen-treated group increased significantly (P <0.05), and the damage of vascular endothelial cells was lessened. Conclusion: Estrogen can reduce the damage of vascular endothelial cells and nerve cells in cerebral ischemia rats, and have some neuroprotective effects on ischemic brain injury
