已经证实控制芥菜型油菜(B.juncea)种皮颜色的是在两个点基因控制之下。研究表明,两个不同类型品系的一对基因在一个位点上为纯合显性,而在另一位点上为纯合隐性(即R_1R_1r_2r_2和r_1r_1R_2R_2)。
It has been demonstrated that the color of B. juncea seed coat is controlled by two point genes. Studies show that one pair of genes of two different types of lines are homozygous dominant at one locus and homozygous recessive at another locus (ie, R_1R_1r_2r_2 and r_1r_1R_2R_2).
