随着可再生绿色资源的充分发展及广泛应用,纤维素衍生物受到越来越多的重视,而能够有效溶解纤维素的溶剂也引起了业界的广泛关注。纤维素作为自然界中产量最大的高分子材料,对其合理利用是解决人类面临的环境和资源问题最有效的方法。离子液体不仅能够很好地溶解纤维素,同时也是纤维素酶解反应的良好溶剂。由此,通过纤维素在离子液体中的溶解行为,探讨了纤维素在离子液体中的溶解机理,及离子液体对纤维素酶的降解作用,同时,对该领域研究的方向进行了展望。
With the full development and widespread application of renewable green resources, cellulose derivatives are receiving more and more attention. The solvent that can effectively dissolve cellulose also arouses widespread concern in the industry. As the most productive polymer material in nature, cellulose is the most effective way to solve the environmental and resource problems facing human beings. Ionic liquids not only dissolve cellulose well, but also are good solvents for the enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose. Therefore, the dissolution mechanism of cellulose in ionic liquid and the degradation of cellulase by ionic liquid were discussed through the dissolution behavior of cellulose in ionic liquid. Meanwhile, the research direction in this field was prospected.
