采用静电纺丝技术制备蛋白纳米纤维膜,并应用于生物医用材料当中,能充分发挥天然蛋白无免疫原性、促进伤口愈合等生物学功能,为开拓天然蛋白在生物医学领域中的应用奠定基础。但由于蛋白质分子量小,可纺性差,在水中容易溶失。制成的膜材料力学性能差且不具备抑菌性能,所以无法满足理想生物医用材料的要求。从改善蛋白纳米纤维膜的综合性能出发,详细综述了蛋白纳米纤维膜的共混改性、交联改性以及无机纳米改性的研究进展,以期为制备出理想的蛋白纳米纤维膜提供有益参考。
