目的:优选核桃楸皮药材中抗肿瘤有效组分黄酮类成分的最佳提取工艺,并探究黄酮类成分含量与药效学指标间的相关性。方法:以核桃楸皮抗肿瘤有效组分的提取率、出膏率及MTT法检测细胞抑制率为指标综合评分,采用正交试验设计优化有效组分提取的主要影响因素,并通过SPSS 17.0软件对有效组分与药效学指标进行Pearson相关系数分析。结果:核桃楸皮抗肿瘤有效组分总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:70℃下,以20倍量60%乙醇提取3次,每次2 h,且总黄酮提取率与体外细胞抑制率呈正向直线相关。结论:用提取工艺参数与药效双重指标相结合的方法优选核桃楸皮总黄酮最佳提取工艺,为中药提取工艺的优化提供了一种新的思路,同时也为核桃楸皮临床应用提供了可靠的实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of the flavonoid constituents of antitumor active ingredients from the Chinese medicinal materials of Juglans mandshurica, and to explore the correlation between the content of flavonoids and the pharmacodynamic parameters.
