由国际自控联(IFAC)控制数学、制造技术专业委员会及中国国家自然科学基金委员会联合发起,由中国自动化学会与东北工学院科协联合承办的“离散事件系统理论及在制造系统与社会环境中的应用学术研讨会”于1991年6月25日至27日在沈阳东北工学院召开.美国、苏联、日本、中国以及台湾省的70余名专家,包括一些著名学者出席了会议.大会由该会国家组织委员会主席徐心和教授主持,国际程序委员会主席张嗣瀛教授致开幕词,东北工学院王启义副院长在会上讲了话. 会议就极大代数理论及方法、离散事件系统建模、排队理论和扰动分析、帕特(Peter)网络及网络方法、决策与专家系统、生产规划与控制、系统仿真与系统分析等方面的问题
By the International Federation of Control (IFAC) control mathematics, manufacturing technology professional committee and the China National Natural Science Foundation of China jointly sponsored by the Chinese Association of Automation and Northeast Institute of Technology jointly hosted the “Discrete Event System theory and in the manufacturing system and social environment Applied Symposium ”was held at Shenyang Dongbei Polytechnic University from June 25 to June 27, 1991. More than 70 experts from the United States, the Soviet Union, Japan, China and Taiwan Province, including some famous scholars, attended the conference. Xu Xinhe, chairman of the State Organizing Committee, and Prof. Zhang Siying, chairman of the International Program Committee, made an opening speech and Vice President Wang Qiyi of Northeastern University of Technology made a speech at the meeting. The meeting discussed the theories and methods of maximal algebra, the modeling of discrete events, Queuing Theory and Disturbance Analysis, Peter Networks and Network Methods, Decision and Expert Systems, Production Planning and Control, System Simulation and System Analysis
