目的:通过对正茬地黄不同生长阶段,进行不同程度的减源(叶片)处理,探讨地黄块根(库)的膨大与源库之间的关系。方法:测定分析源库比改变条件下地黄不同时期的生长指标、叶绿素含量、根系活力及糖含量等生理生化指标的变化。结果:随着剪叶(T1,T2,T3)程度的加大,植株地上、地下生长速度降低,相对于不剪叶处理块根膨大抑制率依次为17.53%,33.41%,59.47%,叶绿素含量降低,光合源产物合成能力不足,抑制了根系活力,地上、地下糖含量减少。结论:地黄块根的膨大,并不是单一由源的大小所决定,而是植株地上地下源库相协调平衡的作用结果,叶绿素含量可以作为其光合源能力的一个指标,地黄根系活力降低、糖含量下降影响植株生长和块根膨大。
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between the enlargement of Rehmannia glutinosa root tuber (sink) and source sink by processing different parts of Rehmannia glutinosa under different growth stages. Methods: The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes such as growth index, chlorophyll content, root activity and sugar content in different periods of Rehmannia glutinosa under different conditions were analyzed and analyzed. Results: With the increase of the cutting leaves (T1, T2, T3), the growth rate of aboveground and underground plants decreased. The inhibition rates of root expansion were 17.53%, 33.41%, 59.47%, and the chlorophyll content decreased , Lack of synthetic ability of photosynthetic products, inhibited the root activity, the aboveground and underground sugar content decreased. Conclusion: The enlargement of Rehmannia glutinosa roots is not determined solely by the size of the source, but rather is the result of the coordination balance of above and below ground source stocks. Chlorophyll content can be used as an indicator of photosynthetic capacity, the root activity of Rehmannia glutinosa decreased, Decline affects plant growth and tuberous enlargement.
