【摘要】 目的:探讨“双语教学”模式在《内科学》教学实践中的应用,带领医学生提高医学英语听、说、读、写的综合能力。方法:根据临床双语教学的需要,编制一批难度适宜、操作可行的《内科学》实践课双语教学教材,购买和自建《内科学》双语教学多媒体资源,在《内科学》实践教学中开展双语教学。结果:学生在提高《内科学》理论知识及技能的同时,对相关医学英语的认知、听、说、读、写的综合能力有了明显提高。带教老师在双语教学的过程中专业英语得到进一步的锤炼和提高。结论:“双语教学”模式在《内科学》教学实践中的应用对提高师生专业英语水平有重要作用,还能有效地调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,提高教学效果,值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of bilingual teaching on the internal clinical practice,and lead the medical students to improve the medical English listening comprehensive ability,read,say,write.Method:According to the need of clinical Bilingual Teaching,a number of suitable practical Bilingual Teaching material and Multimedia teaching materials was prepared.Bilingual teaching during interal medicine clinical practice has been done.Result:The comprehensive ability of medical English knowledge,reading,writing of the medical students were greatly enhanced,at the same time the internal medicine theoretical knowledge and skill level were significantly improved.The teachers' special English in the process of bilingual teaching were improved further.Conclusion:Application of bilingual teaching to the internal clinical practice will greatly improve the teachers' and students' medical English level,can effectively mobilize students' learning initiative and enthusiasm,improve the teaching effect,it is worthy of popularization.

本项目在前期探索成功的临床实习阶段双语教学改革(双语教学查房、双语汇报病情和双语病例讨论等)的基础上,进一步深化教学改革[1]。在《内科学》实践课中开展双语教学,并在双语教学优秀师资团队构建、教学建设、多媒体建设、案例式教学和PBL教学融合双语教学等方面开展研究,探索适合本校实际的、高效可行的《内科学》实践课双语教学模式,以进一步推动本院双语教育的发展,使学生在学习内科学知识的同时提高医学英语水平,为培养出能应用外语思考、用外语解决实际问题能力的、适应我国当前卫生需求的复合型医学专业人才打下基础。
1 对象
选取本院近3年临床医学专业学生为研究对象并开展《内科学》实践课的双语教学。
2 双语教学准备阶段
2.1 双语教学师资团队建设 选择具有丰富专业知识和临床经验、英语听说读写表达能力强、有中级以上职称者承担双语教学任务,组建内科学双语教学小组;由医院聘请外教对双语授课教师进行定期的(每周一次)英语口语培训;鼓励教师出外学习和参加相关的学生会议,提高双语教学教师的整体水平,构建一个高水平的师资团队。
2.2 编写内科学实践课双语教学配套教材 在参照内科学理论课双语教学教材的前提下,根据临床双语教学的需要,编制一批难度适宜、操作可行的《内科学》实践课双语教学教材。主要包括中英文对照的临床操作指南、病例、临床日常用语等。
2.3 购买和自建《内科学》双语教学多媒体资源 根据本教学模式的需要,课题组将适当购买一批高质量的《内科学》双语教学多媒体资源(视听教材、网络课件或网络课程);并发挥自身的优势,创建有特色的《内科学》双语教学网络资源,搭建《内科学》双语教学资源平台。
