目的了解动态血糖监测系统与胰岛素泵联合治疗对控制血糖的疗效。包括降低高血糖和避免低血糖。方法选择符合1999年WHO诊断标准的2型糖尿病、2型糖尿病合并妊娠、妊娠糖尿病共10例,用动态血糖监测系统与胰岛素泵联合治疗共10天,全部患者遵医嘱进食,相对固定活动量,每天下载一次血糖图并根据此调节胰岛素量,每天测4次手指血毛细血管血糖输入监测器以进行校正。结果所有患者最高血糖值、空腹血糖值、三餐后2小时血糖值、低血糖发生率均明显下降(p<0.01)。以血糖<4.0mmol/L为低血糖。结论用动态血糖监测系统与胰岛素泵联合治疗对降低高血糖及减少或避免低血糖效果良好,因动态血糖监测系统全面、直观地显示血糖波动情况,而胰岛素泵最接近生理性胰岛素分泌模式。
Objective To understand the effect of the combination of dynamic glucose monitoring system and insulin pump on the control of blood glucose. Including lowering hyperglycemia and avoiding hypoglycaemia. Methods A total of 10 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus, type 2 diabetes mellitus with gestational diabetes and gestational diabetes mellitus were selected according to the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria. All patients were treated by the doctor with a regular glucose monitoring system and insulin pump for 10 days. The relative fixed activities, Once a day, the blood glucose level is downloaded and the amount of insulin is adjusted accordingly. The finger blood capillary glucose monitor is calibrated 4 times a day for correction. Results The maximum blood glucose, fasting blood glucose, blood glucose level at 2 hours after three meals and the incidence of hypoglycemia in all patients decreased significantly (p <0.01). Blood glucose <4.0mmol / L for hypoglycemia. Conclusions The combination of dynamic glucose monitoring system and insulin pump has a good effect on reducing hyperglycemia and reducing or avoiding hypoglycemia. The dynamic glucose monitoring system displays the blood glucose fluctuation comprehensively and intuitively, and the insulin pump is closest to the physiological insulin secretion mode.
