肺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,CT等传统影像学检查主要是根据形态学特征来判断病变性质,对于一些早期形态学改变不典型的肿瘤患者,诊断存在一定困难。SPECT/CT符合线路显像技术将功能影像与解剖影像相融合,利用不同组织对葡萄糖的摄取利用差异,通过氟标记的氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)显像对肺癌的早期诊断、鉴别诊断、分期、疗效评价及预后判断提供可靠依据,弥补了CT的不足。而且,为三维适形放射治疗技术的靶区勾画提供更精确定位,使靶区勾画更加趋于合理可靠。
