研究了以氨洗代替碱洗脱除汽油中硫醇的方法,考察了抽提时间、氨水浓度对脱硫醇百分率的影响。结果表明,当氨水浓度控制在1 .5 % ~3 % ,抽提时间20 min ,油剂比100 :5 时,脱硫醇效果较好。且氨洗后水洗效果更好,向1 .5 % N H3· H2 O 中加入0 .6 % 二乙醇胺抽提汽油,时间为20 min ,油剂比100 :5 ,脱硫醇率由58 .64 % 提高到64 .33 % ,达到效果最佳。碱洗比氨洗脱硫 醇效果更好,但碱洗 缺点较多,如产生难于处理的碱渣,造成环境污染,因此氨洗代替碱洗可行
Ammonia washing was used instead of alkali to remove mercaptan from gasoline, and the effects of extraction time and ammonia concentration on the percentage of mercaptan were investigated.
