目的观察北方青年耐寒锻炼前后耐寒能力的变化,评价其冷习服水平。方法随机选择来自黑龙江省的应征新兵及2年老兵各20人,在平均气温-3℃~-15℃环境耐寒锻炼。新兵于耐寒锻炼前和耐寒锻炼后40d检测寒冷血管反应指数(VRCI),老兵于新兵耐寒锻炼后40d时同时检测VRCI。结果新兵耐寒锻炼40d后VRCI水平有非常显著的提高(P<0.01)。老兵VRCI水平明显高于新兵耐寒锻炼前的水平(P<0.01),与新兵耐寒锻炼40d的VRCI水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论北方青年经过一定时间的耐寒锻炼耐寒能力明显提高。
Objective To observe the changes of cold tolerance in north youth before and after cold tolerance exercise and to evaluate their cold acclimatization service. Methods 20 randomly recruited recruits from Heilongjiang Province and 2 veterans each year were enrolled in this study. The average temperature was -3 ℃ ~ -15 ℃. The recruits detected the VRCI 40 days before and after cold hard training, and the veterans also tested VRCI 40 days after recruit cold-resistant exercise. Results After 40 days cold-workout recruit, the VRCI level was significantly increased (P <0.01). The VRCI level of veterans was significantly higher than that of recruits before cold training (P <0.01), and there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the VRCI level and the VRCI level of recruits aged 40 days. Conclusion The cold tolerance of cold-resistant young adults in Northern China increased significantly after a certain period of time.
