新疆克拉玛依前进新村一栋住宅楼采用三单元六层砖混结构复合节能墙体,建筑面积2824.24m~2,外墙复合墙体内侧为240mm厚红机砖砌体,外包115mm×190mm×390mm陶粒空心砖,中间抹15mm厚1:4水泥珍珠岩保温砂浆,总厚度为370mm。陶粒的表观密度小,且砖制成空心的,因此陶粒空心砖的隔热保温性能和隔声吸音性能好。在选择材料时,其技术指标应符合设计要求:陶粒空心砖的孔洞率要求达到30%~35%,相应强度等级为MU7.5,几何尺寸(长、宽、高)偏差应在±3mm之内,要有产品质量保证书和出厂合格证。在运输和装卸陶粒空心砖时,要轻拿轻放,避免损坏砖的棱角。
