《煤矿安全规程》中对矿井通风,瓦斯管理制度,以及防止引爆火源产生等都作了明确规定,为什么还经常发生瓦斯爆炸?!笔者认为,发生瓦斯爆炸原因固然很多,但其中很主要的一个方面是由于我国现行有关瓦斯检查次数的规定不够完善。现就这方面的问题,提出供大家参考。《规程》第150条关于瓦斯检查次数的规定为:低沼气矿井每班至少检查两次,高沼气矿井每班至少检查三次。目前大多数矿井按此规定,把矿井划分为一定数量的检查区域,一个瓦斯检查员负责几个采掘工作面,每班进行两次或三次检查。以每班进行两次
