挪用公款,是经济犯罪的主要形式之一,约占人民法院受理的经济犯罪案件总数的30％左右。近年来,虽经多次打击。挪用公款犯罪仍呈上升势头,应当引起有关方面的重视,据江苏省某市的统计,全市两级人民法院1992年度共受理挪用公款案件11件;1993年度共受理挪用公款案件27件,比上年增加了近一倍半;1994年1至4月份已受理挪用公款案件15件,比上年同期增加了四倍,已经超过了1992年全年的总和。
