2004年以来,由中国企业联合会、中国企业家协会牵头组织的“职业经理人资格认证”工作在全国普遍展开,已取得了可喜成果。作为落实党中央“人才强国”战略的一项重要举措,职业经理人资格认证已被社会和广大企业所接受,越来越多的企业经营管理者开始用职业经理人的标准来规范自己,逐步走上现代化、职业化、国际化的轨道;全国认证了六千六百多名高级、中级职业经理人,初现了一支生气勃勃的职业经理人队伍并迅速发展壮大;资格认证工作已经得到国际认可同时开始接轨;经理人职业化有效地推动了企业经营管理队伍素质的提高和企业管理状况的改善。事实说明,开展职业经理人资格认证具有旺盛的生命力,将对企业发展和社会进步产生越来越深远的影响。
