前言目前国內观測波浪的方法較普遍的有二种:一种是采用比较旧的目測测波浮标,另一种是应用苏联制的新型伊凡諾夫測波仪。前者观测誤差很大,后者观測誤差虽較前者小,但在水庫中应用时同不能正确的对准地平綫,所以也不能滿足应用。而二者尚有共同之缺点,即是均需在野外目测,如遇气候不佳时颇感不便。因此大連工学院和官廳水库水文实验站共同試制了一架测波仪,暂名为“杆狀接触式傳送器测波仪”在使用上均较前二者为优,現介紹如下:
Foreword At present, there are two kinds of methods of observing waves in our country. One is using the older sight-buoy and the other is the new Ivanov-based wave detector using the Soviet Union. The former observation error is large, the latter observation error is smaller than the former, but when used in the reservoir can not be correctly aligned with the horizon, so it can not meet the application. However, the two have the common disadvantage that they are all subject to visual inspection in the field and are inconvenienced in case of poor weather. Therefore, Dalian Institute of Technology and the Guanting Reservoir Hydrology Experimental Station jointly trial a wave meter, tentatively named “rod-contact transmitter wave meter” in the use of the former two are superior, are described below:
