研究了经不同固溶处理的Ti-1023合金在拉伸变形过程中的应力诱发马氏体转变特性,同时也测定了转变产物的晶体结构及激发应力。业已发现相变性质与固溶处理温度及冷却速率有密切关系。最后,讨论了应力诱发马氏体转变对合金拉伸性能的影响。
The stress-induced martensitic transformation of Ti-1023 alloy treated by different solution treatment was investigated. The crystal structure and excitation stress of the transformed product were also measured. It has been found that the phase transition properties and solution treatment temperature and cooling rate are closely related. Finally, the effect of stress-induced martensitic transformation on the tensile properties of the alloy was discussed.
